Sai was amazing. She was so incredibly kind, patient, informative, and understanding. We booked a one bedroom with a pull out couch but our rooms couch didn't have a pull out one. She took us to go and see if two other rooms had one with a pull out couch. Unfortunately, she couldn't find us one, well , there was one but it was a shared room and I snore like Chewbacca so we needed a one bedroom so my friend could get her sleep. But, the fact that she went above & beyond her call of duty was so gracious as she was very busy downstairs; a women's marathon was in town and they were packed! Oh, and their shower's were the best.
Amazing overall experience, rooms were clean and well maintained, breakfast was delicious as well. They had pedal bikes available for use during the day and it was a blast getting out and exploring the town. 10/10 would recommend
Love this hotel! They really set this up with such fine details forgetting absolutely nothing; in my opinion! Breakfast was great having fresh made omelettes. I have a lot of food allergies and I was able to eat the breakfast here unlike most hotels we stay in that offer breakfast. Also, the decor and all of the plants are just stunning!
We were unexpectedly impressed with our stay at the Element at SkySong. There are a lot of great amenities at a great price point. We will definitely be back.
Very well maintained hotel,the lobby was very inviting. The room was spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable.
We loved our stay at Element at Skysong. Rooms were clean and the free breakfast was great. Loved the live egg counter. Jill the receptionist was excellent. She answered all our questions and very sweet.
The first room I was put in was on the small side and had a bit of a musky smell. After bringing it up my issues to the front desk they offered to move me to a different room. That solved any issues I had. Was a nice room, super quiet, and comfy bed. Big thanks to the staff.
Lovely hotel, very relaxing lobby. The breakfast was not elaborate but very tasty. Room was good size for two people. Has a parking garage but $14 a day. Is gated.would stay again, close to airport, food and attractions
